Vertical Transportation project, installing new moving walkways and lift to the shopping centre replacing the existing pedestrian ramps and 40 year old lift.
The work incorporated new 3 new tenancies and has reconfigured the retail tenancies on the ground level to allow for the new moving walkways voids and surrounding circulation spaces.
The project was delivered in 2 stages utilising a design and construction procurement methodology, with the first stage allowing for the new moving walkways and lift and the second stage the removal and existing lift and reconfiguring the car parking and retails spaces.
