Major refurbishment of an existing 1970’s single storey building. The new building was subdivided into 3 separate tenancies creating the requirement for the installation of complete services, structural upgrade, portal framed loading dock facility, fire rated Intertenancy walls, roof mounted structural steel air conditioning platform, complete façade upgrade, external carpark and landscaping. Lateral Projects were able to complete this project 2 weeks ahead of schedule despite the loss of almost a month due to inclement weather.
