Description
Works included the demolition of the existing marina offices, underpinning the structure and a detailed excavation of over 1000m3 of sandstone rock under the existing foodcourt withing Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre. These works were carried out under strict noise and dust control provisions and were completed on time and within budget.
