Food court and amenities upgrade at Ashfield Mall. The project involved the design and construction of the refurbishment based off the client’s concept plan and leasing requirements.
The design process involved the design and co-ordination of the services and architectural finishes whilst integrating the fire engineered solution for the food court area.
The construction stage involved the fitout of new amenities, parent rooms, disabled facilities and ceiling features and booth seating for the food court. The project was staged to allow the food court to trade during construction and included the refurbishment of the existing tenants to lift the overall standard of the centre.
