Design and Costruction contract for the fabrication of a floating marina office and shop catering for the existing marina tenants and delivering fuel, bait, ice and groceries to public boats outside the marina. The project was completed over an 8 week period on time and bugdet. The marina construction is a mixture of everyday construction techniques with boating construction, where boyancy loading and hydraulic vacuum suction was integrated into the design.
