Description
Mall upgrade and tenancy works to Buildings K & L of Birkenhead Point Shopping Precinct. The project involved the design and construction of the refurbishment based off the client’s concept plan and leasing requirements.
The design encompasses the heritage and commercial aspects of the buildings and provided a link between two previously separate spaces. As well as new floor, wall and ceiling finishes to these areas a full upgrade to the existing electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services was undertaken. This upgrade has allowed for a more diverse range of tenants to the precinct and increased the NLA by 20%.
