Complete refurbishment of an existing 7000sqm carpark at Kincumber on the NSW Central Coast for Coles Group Limited. Works included upgrading the existing services such as carpark lighting, fire hydrant, fire sprinklers and stormwater including the installation of 2 Humes pollution control systems. Once the services were upgraded we then carried out the replacement of sub-base / base material, kerbing, resurfacing, linemarking and installation of shade structures. Works were conducted on a 4-staged program to allow trading within the centre and right-of-way provisions to the neighbouring carpark.
