Project management of the installation of paid parking and parking guidance to the centre. Our role involved the liaising with AMP, Wilson Technology and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to a paid parking system. During this process we were required to co ordinate architects, trades and other CDC.
During our project management role we undertook additional building works in the carpark such as the construction of the carpark managers offices, signage, wayfinding, painting upgrade, landscaping, fencing, R&M works, lighting upgrades and energy saving alternatives.
