In one of Sydney’s landmark buildings, Lateral Projects was engaged for the refurbishment of the observation deck at Centrepoint Tower. The works involved the supply and installation of new fabric panels to the core walls and lifts openings, to painting works and upgrading existing skirtings and finishes.
The work was undertaken out of hours over a two week period and required the work areas to be left spotlessly clean at the end of every night to allow for the observation deck to be open to the public every morning.
