The yacht club has engaged lateral Projects over the last 5 years as part of its staged master plan upgrade. This stage of the upgrade included a complete refurbishment of the first floor bar and function rooms
Based on the clubs initial brief and budget, we developed the plans to meet the ever changing requirements of the club and their members. The design process involved the development of concepts for the clubs design committee for approval covering floor, wall, ceiling finishes and furniture.
The construction involved the installation of new sliding glass doors to help integrate the outside deck with the new lounge and bar facilities. The work also included reconfiguring the 2 existing bars into one central bar to consolidate the staff usage for various functions.
