Lateral Projects has, over the last 4 years, been engaged by the club undertake the staged upgrade of the club's amenities. The upgrade included a complete refurbishment of the ground floor male and female amenities.
Our in-house design team undertook the initial brief, developing the plans and budget from council through to construction. The design and construction involved a bathroom layout, including equipment and ensured compliance with all current regulations.
During the refurbishment periods the club maintained all sailing activities and member functions without disruption.
