Design and construct contract involving the conversion of an existing shopping centre into a Target retail outlet. The project included complete internal demolition of Franklins Supermarket and 8 specialty stores, services upgrade, facade treatment, external carpark, landscaping and signage.
The works were completed within a very tight timeframe and within the alocated budget.
