Refurbishment of an existing premises incorporating three new offices and new staff amenities to the existing space. Lateral Projects managed the submission of the development application and council inspections through to the occupancy certificate. The building work included new ballistic walls and door to the teller area and reconfiguring the existing power, data and mechanical services to suit the new layout. Noisy and disruptive work were completed out of hours, with the bank trading throughout the refurbishment.
