The refurbishment of 2 floors to 70 Phillip St with a total of 280 workstations, breakout areas, meeting rooms and phone rooms.
The work was stage over the 2 floors to allow for the relocation of the staff and involved the integration of existing design elements and new to create a new and exciting space.
