Complete demolition and removal of the Qantas tenancy on the ground floor for the new Commonwealth Bank Branch. Works included the installation of complete services, new ceiling, floor finishes, high security intertenancy wall and the reconfiguration of the existing amenities facilities. Works were completed ahead of schedule over the Christmas shutdown period.
