Complete strip out and makegood of an entire floor. The scope of works included the installation of new inter tenancy walls in order to split the floor plate into smaller tenancies to make them more desirable to prospective tenants. Works were completed after hours in keeping with existing tenants requests and in order to split the floor services to the 4 new tenancies with minimal building distruption.
