The fitout of level 4 involved a new contemporary design with an open plan theme. Once completed, the fitout boasts acoustic coffered ceilings incorporating LED lighting, suspended track lighting, custom built joinery, workstations, glazing, partitions and soft furnishings.
During the construction of the level 4 offices, we were also engaged by the building owners to extend the existing lift car service to level 5 and complete various building surveys and investigation works to finalise documentation in preparation to extend the building beyond level 4.
The fitout of level 4 was competed over an 8-week period to exacting detail.
