Lateral Projects was engaged by the Opportunity International Group to provide space-planning options to meet their changing office needs.
The works involved a new contemporary design with an influence of open plan while maintaining closed offices for senior management and the accounts as well as a meeting room. The project included the demolition of the existing finishes, services upgrade, partitioning, ceilings and the supply and installation of new workstations. The work was completed over a 3-weekend period while the client maintained week-by-week trading Throughout the project housekeeping and quality outcomes were the overriding priorities.
