The project involved the temporary relocation of 50 staff during the fitout, with work being undertaken over 2 floors. The work involved landlord obligations and the tenant’s new requirements.
Our design and building team worked with the college to provided a new open plan style office, providing natural light and improved breakout areas to enhance the staff amenities.
The work was undertaken over the Christmas period to reduce the disruption to the staff and was completed within 4 weeks.
