Lateral Projects was engaged by the RPAYC to provide an office facility for their full time staff. Lateral Projects provided design, construction and relocation into temporary accommodation. The RPAYC refurbishment involved a new contemporary design with an influence of open plan while maintaining closed offices for senior management, accounts and a meeting room. The project included the complete demolition of the existing finishes, services upgrade, partitioning, ceilings and the supply and installation of 18 workstations. The refurbished office facility was completed over a 3-week period while the club maintained sailing activities and member functions where housekeeping was of utmost importance.
