Tenancy subdivision on the ground floor of the Four Seasons Hotel. The job included the demolition and removal of existing finishes, installation of an intertenancy wall, new air conditioning system, electrical metering, lighting upgrade, fire services relocations and the supply and installation of a new stainless steel framed toughened glass entry.
