Fitout and base building tenancy upgrade to permit the relocation of an existing optometry within the Kincumber Shopping Centre to allow the staged development of the centre.
Lateral Projects were engaged to complete the entire fitout and base building services upgrade along with the relocation of the tenants equipment and fitments.
