Lateral Projects was engaged by the client under a design and construct contract to merge vacant tenancies into one to fit the use of the incoming tenant, Rebel Sport. Works included a complete upgrade of the existing services and façade alterations meeting the requirements of the incoming tenant whilst conforming to the building code. Construction was completed on a fast track program in order to allow Rebel Sport time to relocate from their existing facility without incurring a lease overrun.
