Lateral Projects was engaged by the Coles Group to upgrade the existing vacant tenancy to suit the requirements of the Reject Shop to provide an area of 800m2 NLA. The scope included the design and installation of secure intertenancy walls, shopfront, amenities facilities, new pylon sign and the reconfiguration of existing building services to suit the brief.
