We have been engaged to complete several teancy subdivisions within the existing Coles Shopping Centre at Charmhaven. Works include the separation of building services, installation of intertenancy walls, ceilings and shopfronts. Often after the completion of lessor works, we have been engaged by the various tenants to complete tenancy fitouts.
